Acuerdo del programa de socios

By clicking on "I Agree" button when the User sign up for a private Account on APS Platform (E-CV electroncv.com or E-CP https://electroncp.com/) or using the Affiliate Partner Platform, and agree to be bound by the applicable sections of the following Affiliate Partner Program Agreement (the "Agreement"). The Agreement is between user, as Affiliate Partner (as defined below in Section), and Starplan Srl ("Starplan"): each of Affiliate Partner and Starplan a "Party", and together the "Parties". Starplan reserves the right to update and change the Agreement by posting updates and changes here https://assetpointsuite.com/user/it/#/promoter/program-agreement

If a significant change is made, Starplan will provide reasonable notice by email, posting a notice on Notice Board of Affiliate Partner account. Affiliate Partner is advised to check the Agreement from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. Any reference to the Agreement includes any and all terms and documents incorporated by reference.

Each Affiliate Partner carries out its autonomous activity independently without any employment relationship with Starplan. The activity of Affiliate Partner is remunerated in accordance with the Revenue Sharing Plan. Under the Revenue Sharing Plan, an Affiliate Partner in entitled to a revenue to be determined by Table Target Bonus Points https://assetpointsuite.com/user/it/#/promoter/target-bonus-points. Starplan reserves the right to revise the revenue share from time to time, at its sole discretion, upon reasonable prior notice to Affiliate Partner. Such notice will be provided by email, posting a notice on the Notice Board of account.

Any Party may terminate the Agreement immediately in the event another Party commits a material breach of the Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice thereof.
